These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of renatoqueirog.com (the "Site"), operated by Renato Queiroga. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Renato Queiroga publishes reflections and courses on personal growth, neuroscience, learning, and technology. The Site is informational and educational. It is not the official website of any third-party product or course, and it is not the seller, manufacturer, publisher, or customer support channel for any item mentioned.

2. Affiliate disclosure

The Site contains affiliate links from Hotmart. If you click one and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This is one of the ways the Site is funded. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee any result from a product, and they do not change the price you pay. Older content may still reference programs that are no longer active; those pages are kept for archival purposes and do not represent a current commercial relationship.

3. Store, payments, and refunds

The Site also operates a store (/loja/) where digital products are sold directly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment step. After payment confirmation, the product is delivered digitally. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including CDC art. 49 in Brazil). To request a refund, contact us via Instagram @renatoqueirog. After the refund window, sales are final.

4. No guarantees about third-party products

We do not manufacture, sell, or ship products sold by third parties. We do not control third-party product availability, pricing, content, delivery, or refunds. Product descriptions and claims belong to the seller and may change without notice. Always verify current details on the official product page and checkout before purchasing.

5. No professional advice

Content on the Site is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Nothing on the Site should be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a health or financial concern, consult a qualified professional.

6. Accuracy and limitations

We aim to describe third-party courses and content accurately based on publicly available information, but we do not claim that every detail is complete, current, or error-free.
